Respect is something that only can be earned and last night Doc Rivers earner our respect. If you have watched last night’s Dallas Mavericks game then you know what we are talking about. The Mavericks lost to Dallas lost by 112-121, but that was the highlight of it. In a moment of pure respect and appreciation, Los Angeles Clippers’ coach Glenn Anton popularly known as Doc Rivers grabbed a microphone and encouraged all the Clippers’ fans to stand up and cheer for Dirk Nowitzki as a sign of appreciation.

And that’s not the only good thing happened to Dirk Nowitzki last night. Dirk Nowitzki also became the 4th player in NBA history to play 1500 games, the other 3 being Robert Parish with 1611 games, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar with 1560 games, and John Stockton with 1504 games.
