According to the latest reports by Pakistani Authorities Indian Wing Commander, Abhinandan Varthaman has been captured by Pakistani Forces Across the Line Of Control.
Earlier today Pakistan Air Force’s F-16 tried to cross the LOC and infiltrate in Indian Air Space but it was thwarted by swift action by Indian Air Force. IAF also intercepted and shot down one of PAF’s F-16. But while intercepted other aircraft of PAF, one of IAF’s jet crossed the LOC and was shot down.
And according to Pakistani authorities the pilot of the aircraft, Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman has been captured by Pakistani Forces.
In a recent video circulating on social media, it could be seen that Pakistani Local are beating the Indian Pilot. Later it could be seen that he is being taken by Pakistani Armed Forces.

There also another image of Mr. Abhinandan Varthaman being circulated on social media in which his face has been blooded, probably due to being beaten by Pakistani Locals.
In another video posted by a Twitter user wing commander, Abhinandan Varthaman is seen saying, “My name is wing commander Abhinandan Varthaman. My service number is 27981. I am a flying pilot. My religion is Hindu.”

According to Official Indian sources they have said that while engaging PAK’s aircraft one of Indian MIG-21 crossed the LOC and was intercepted. Indian authorities have also added that the pilot had successfully ejected from his Aircraft but his status is MIA.
