PRESQUE ISLE, Maine: United express went off the runway at Presque Isle International Airport late Monday morning. According to the report till now Four people received minor injuries. Three passenger and one crew member were taken to the nearest hospital for further treatments.
This incident took place at around 11:30 a.m. Monday, When the flight of United airlines was making its second attempt on landing but unfortunately the plane landed off the runway in Presque Isle._According the report by public information Kim Smith “there were 28 passengers and 4 crew member on board and they were transported to the terminal by a bus”.
There was some damage on the aircraft and will be remained on the runway till the investigation get closed.
For now, the airport will be closed and the many airlines flights has been cancelled.
The FAA will be investigating the issue which causes a problem while landing in Presque Isle International Airport.
