Irvine, California: A female student of the University of California Irvine was stabbed on campus while she was walking her dog.
The incident took place on Sunday at around 10 pm when a 22-year-old campus student was walking her dog on 3300 block of Arroyo Vista near her on-campus housing.
That’s when an unknown man approached her from behind and stabbed her twice, Authorities said.
The student was taken to the hospital and she is now in stable condition.
Irvine PD along with Campus police are now investigating the incident. They said that the assailant has not been identified yet nor any arrests have been made.
But Authorities believe that weapon was a four-inch blade with which the female student was stabbed.
