Century City, Los Angles: LAPD is responding to a possible ‘Active shooter’ call at Westfield Century City Mall after police were reported that there was a man with a gun at the Mall.

Westfield Century City Mall official has locked down the mall. LAPD and ERS are at the scene and have blocked the area surrounding the mall. They looking for a possible suspect who might be armed with a firearm.
LAPD West LA Division is responding to calls of an “Active Shooter” at the Century City Mall. We have officers on scene who are clearing the location, but at this time we have NO evidence of a shooting or victims.

Officer Jeff Lee in a statement said that at around 12:42 p.m. local time LAPD received a call of a possible armed man at the Westfield Century City Mall.
He said, “LAPD has responded in heavy force, right now we have no victims or evidence of shots fired,” But suspects have arrested so far.
Authorities have evacuated the area and stores near the mall but there are still people stuck inside the mall who were there before the lockdown.
They are now waiting for further instructions from the authorities have and for the lockdown to lift off.
Claudia Moran, an eye witness present at the scene during the lockdown recorded a video in which people can be seen evacuating the mall.
