A Chinese smartphone manufacturer company, Xiaomi achieved another breakthrough in the world of smartphones. Now, everybody is equipped with a multi-functioning smartphone and people are always looking for more convenient and more durable phones.
Regarding this need, Xiaomi has revealed 100W fast charging technology and says that it can charge phones from 0 to 100 per cent in just 17 minutes. This 100w super charge turbo technology can charge 4000 mah battery in just 17 minutes. Insane isn’t it?
Oppo’s SuperVOOC was the fastest wired charging tech with 50W speeds at 10V/5A after Huawei’s 65W fast charger until now. A video revealed by Mr Lu Weibing on his Weibo account testifies the first-ever 100W fast charging tech. The video included a comparison between the fast charging technologies of Oppos Super VOOC. To everyone’s surprise, Oppos SuperVOOC was capable of charging only 65 % during the same time powering 3700 mah battery.
This insane technology is claimed to be the first one and Xiaomi could start mass production of its new Redmi phones with this technology. Before this, most of the phones have 27W wired chargers. The launch is expected to happen today and sources reveal, Xiaomi is expected to launch lighter Mi Notebook Air than Apples MacBook Air.
