Another week, another Fortnite loading screen hiding a price for you, we are in week 5 and things are set to be more fizzing around, if you feel like you’ll unlock everything coming our way, then you just have to reassess yourself.
Bouncy ball is not a cosmetic any more but you’ve to rather use it for a challenge in this week. The challenge is to get 15 straight bounces without letting it go away from your eyesight. Yeah, it’s true, if the ball leaves your sight, then it won’t count the bounces. How do you do it? The answer is simple, go inside a close space building with no windows and watch the rack up. Doing so unlocks Battle stars which level up your Battle pass and makes cosmetics available. If you’ve been keeping up to date this season, completing your fifth complete week of challenges will let you track down the Week 5 secret Battle Star.
You’ll also have to complete a three-stage challenge that begins with getting shields from Mushrooms, and once that’s done further stages will be revealed. You’ll also need to use a Volcano Vent, a zip line, and a vehicle all in the same match, and head to pirate camps to take out three enemies.
Deal damage with Scoped Weapons to opponents (200) will give you 5 Battle Stars, Search chests at Paradise Palms or Shifty Shafts (7) is also no different and will yield you 5 Battle Stars, but it is the Completing a lap of the Race Track in Happy Hamlet (1) that will give10 Battle Stars.
These were the free challenges but if you’ve got the premium battle pass then things are not yet over for you, there is an extra yard you need to go through, for 5 Battle stars you need to get 15 bounces in a single throw with the Bouncy Ball toy, Stage 1 of 3: Gain shields from Mushrooms. Eliminating opponents at Pirate Camps will give you 3 Battle Stars. It’s the 10 Battle Star that is of concern to you and for that use a Volcano Vent, a zip line, and a vehicle in the same match.
