Netflix Has Released Trailer 2 for the Ted Bundy Biopic, ‘Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile’

Netflix has launched its 2nd trailer for ‘Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile’, a biopic about serial killer Ted Bundy.

The titular character will be played by Zac Effron. The biopic will be told through the perspective of his longterm girlfriend Liz Kloepfer who struggled to recognize the truth about him.

Bundy confessed to 30 killings and was executed by electric chair in Florida in1989.In the mysterious and spooky preview, Bundy and Kloepfer’s life is outlined by his crimes, trial, and media distractions.

The pair first met in Seattle in 1969 and remained together until them id-Seventies. There are visions of his wicked charm that not only deceived her partner from the truth but also lured his victims into his trap.

The majority of dialogue from the trailer is from a scene where Kloepfer visited Bundy in prison. The film’s title was a direct quote from the judge who served on the real-life trial.

Directed by Oscar-nominated documentary filmmaker Joe Berlinger, the film earned positive reviews following its debut at the Sundance Film Festival, with Efron’s performance praised. Viewers of the trailer were blown away by Efron’s performance as the killer. The film will premiere on the Netflix streaming service on May 3rd.
