The anticipation, fear, and excitement for the third episode increased when the trailer for the episode was finally released. The second episode left us hanging on the edge of our seat when the army of the White Walkers and the dead arrived at the Winterfell. The trailer hints that Night King has arrived to take Winterfell. In the 40-second teaser, Daenerys tells Jon Snow: “The dead are already here.” The North has hidden its most vulnerable citizens inside the crypt, which is the safest place in all of Winterfell.
It should be noted that White Walkers have the ability to raise the dead and turn them into wights. There is a possibility that Night King might have raised the dead at the Winterfell and used them against the heroes. This theory is popularly known as ‘Crypt Theory’.
Now, this is merely a fan theory. We can only wait and see what the showrunners have to offer us. No leak has happened for episode 3 yet. Although, complete episode two got leaked a few hours before its premiere via streaming service in Germany. There was a technical failure.
