Activision is very enthusiastic about the release of Call of duty’s new installment. Rumors claim that the name of this new installment will be “Modern Warfare 4”. The publishers have also confirmed that they will release it before June 30, 2019.
Activision Publishing’s President, Rob Kostich, showed incredible confidence in the project. He said, “feel incredibly good about this year’s game coming from Infinity Ward [and] I think it’s going to be really clear why we’re really so excited about the release.”
He also said that the latest game in the series has an entirely new campaign. It is “rooted in some of the franchise’s most important history”.
The game even after launch will keep on updating and getting new content. This will keep the players hooked to the game. “We need to do even more to maintain the breadth of our Call of Duty player base beyond the launch quarters, and the Call of Duty team is hard at work on that for this fall’s big content release,” COO Collister Johnson said.
Some of the American Football players have already gotten a sneak peek at the game and we’re not far from getting it either. A video of the event appeared and you could hear a faint “Modern Warfare 4” in the background.
