Spiderman: Far from home is to hit the theatres on July 2, 2019. Tom Holland is reprising his role as the friendly neighborhood “Spiderman”. In the ending scenes of Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker was shown entering his high school with a rather sad face. He was happy to see his best friend, Ned, alive.
But that’s not what we are here for. We speculate that Iron Man might make an appearance in the upcoming MCU movie. Iron Man aka Tony Stark is dead so we may not be seeing him in flesh in the current timeline but maybe as a flashback or a hologram message of some sort.
Far From Home is set in the timeline instantly after Endgame. So, Tom would definitely be going through a hard time dealing with the fact that Tony Stark, his idol and his mentor and the man who made him an Avenger, is now dead. He died to save him and so many others around him.
Peter has got a big problem waiting ahead for him in the Spiderman: Far From Home. It would be really great to see some Iron Man cameo (in any form) encouraging him to beat the crap out of the bad guy!
