Coast Fork Catches Fire Again, People Informed to Stay Alerted for Evacuation

Lane County, Oregon: Firemen are attempting to control a wildfire east of Cottage Grove that has set up a crest of smoke which can be seen from Interstate 5 and pieces of Eugene.

The flame is consuming close Dowens and Row River streets.

Path County Emergency Management exhorts inhabitants in the Row River Road territory among Dowens and Shoreview to be prepared to evacuate because of the fire may increase.

They state this is the ideal opportunity to move individuals with extraordinary requirements, substantial creatures, vehicles and hardware to regions closer to Cottage Grove.

People who live in the Coast Fork, Willamette 100 yard floodplain and Row River 100 yard flood are advised to be ready for leaving the area.

This is Level 1 Fire and Cottage Groove Department has Requested to not Call 911 as they already know about the Fire.

Previously a Fire Took Place in the Month of April, It was Level 3, Reports Said.
