Dead To Me Season 2, Netflix & Linda Cardellini confirms next season in production: cast, plot, leaks & more

Netflix’s original Dead To Me was released on May 3, 2019, and soon after it was able to grab lots of viewers and receive positive reviews. In case if you don’t know Dead To Me is the story of two friends Jen (Christina Applegate) and Judy (Linda Cardellini) who have freaking bizarre relationship. The show is dark, humoured and yes, lots of twists.

The distressed widow and her friend with unexpected secret bring the viewers the new taste in binge-watching. This ridiculous relationship will obviously attract viewers to crave for another season. If you have bogged down through all ten episodes from the first season then it is unsubtle that you want another season. So, will the second season air on Netflix?

The dark comedy received positive reviews from the viewers and everyone is happy with the performances and direction of those involved. So it may be over that season 2 will come. The show basically revolves around the two girls hunted by grief and guilt. They both met at the grief support group and with a little agitated introduction at the beginning, they later befriend. This thrilling relationship has a heck of a secret. Jen is devastated by the death of her husband in a hit and run. And Judy, the friend of Jen, is the convict of hit and run of Jen’s husband. But Jen is unknown of the fact. The show continues on the bewildering journey of the two that taste the grief and friendship in which they cruise through the anger and guilt.

In the what called cliffhanger scene of the season finale, Jen shot Judy’s ex-fiance, Steve but it looks like Jen hasn’t pulled the trigger. Well, we will know if Season 2 breaths of air. And we do know that Dead to me season 2 has officially been confirmed. This confirmation is given my multiple sources including the official Twitter account of Dead to me.

Liz Feldman, the show’s creator in an interview with Hollywood Reporter said, “There’s an evening of the score and there’s a re balancing that will take place and almost, in some ways, a role reversal. This show will always be a show that explores the dark sides and the light sides of grief, loss, forgiveness, and friendship. So suffice to say, there will be more darkness.” and she even said if she could she would renew the shows forever.
