On 4th June 2019, a teaser of Jumanji: The Video Game was released, giving a glimpse at the visual element of the game. The game is based on the 2017 movie named, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.
Outright Games, Bandai Namco, and Fans love to have Sony Picture come up with an arrangement of video games based on movies. Apart from the teaser, no gameplay has been released, and the game’s visual element is somewhat similar to Fortnite.
The game has four heroes who are, Dr. Smolder Bravestone (The Rock), Franklin “Mouse” Finbar (Kevin Hart), Professor Shelly Oberon (Jack Black) and Ruby Roundhouse (Karen Gillan), who must seek the Jewels of Jumanji.
The game will feature online and split-screen modes so you can play with friends. Each hero will have a different ability which the team has to use to win. If you play solo, then AI will help you to play the game.
Outright CEO, Terry Malham said, “Jumanji is a property that we have been eager to work for a long time,”. “Our specialty as a video game maker is to produce high-quality interface-entertainment for the whole family, and there is no brand name more exciting for families right now than Jumanji.”
Jumanji: The Video Game will be compatible with Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One by Bandai Namco, Fun solve, and Outright Games. It is releasing on 15th November 2019, just one month before an untitled Jumanji movie.
