Black widow is an essential part of the Marvel Universe. The return and reappearance of the Black widow on the screens after Avengers: Endgame is awaited with a lot of expectation and excitement.
After the death of Natasha Romanova aka Black Widow in Avengers: Endgame the big question arose if her death in the movie her spin-off. Reportedly, it will prequel on Black widow’s life.
The story begins from her days in Russia as a KGB trained spy, martial artist, and executioner. During World War II, Natasha having fallen in love with Nikolai a Russian soldier gets married. Unfortunately, Nikolai lost his life during the war.
Later, she joined S.H.I.E.L.D. It depicts her confrontation with the Winter Soldier aka Bucky Barnes. It also focuses on the breakup of U.S.S.R. and attempts on her life by S.H.I.E.L.D. Finally her shifting base to New York. Wherein, her relationship develops with criminal turned superhero Hawkeye and off and on a relationship with Winter Soldier.
Scarlett Johansson known for her role in Lucy (released in 2014) and other Avengers movie will feature as Black Widow. It is expected, that David Harbour, Rachel Weisz, Florence Pugh, and OT Fagbenle will be acting in this movie. Both Antony Macie ( Falcon) and Sebastian Stan ( Winter Soldier) will appear in this movie. Along with them, many other Avengers personalities will be seen. The scriptwriters are Jac Schaeffer and Ned Beason.
The movie on Black Widow is slated to be released in early 2020. However, Marvel hasn’t released any trailers or teaser of the same.
Once again, it will be a delight to watch Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow. Especially for those who have watched her brilliant role in Avengers: Endgame.
