Avenger superheroes are back, but this time in a video game! Though this might not come off as surprise seeing how we have been expecting this game for a while now, it still excites the fans, including me.
All our favorite heroes are coming together to do something like… (you guessed it right!) Save the world, it is quite fun to watch. Watching would be one thing while playing the game would be another thing seeing how we might be much closer to the plot than watching a movie.
It’s almost been two years since we first learned of the game’s existence, here are all the things we know so far!
When can I play?
Unlike going with the general statement of “We do not know the official details yet,” we do have the official date for the release: May 15, 2020.
Where can I play?
Tomb Raider creator Crystal dynamics senior community manager Maegan Marie revealed at the Square Enix 2019 that the game will land on PC, Stadia, Xbox One, and PS4. Further, ps4 players will have unique benefits like beta accesses and other exclusive content to the game.
The game was a much-awaited one for obvious reasons such as it being called Avengers for one. However, the response it got was not up to the level the developing team expected it to be. The reasons for this might be many.
One of them might be its characterization and the way of portraying the superheroes. There have been many arguments on how the characters of the game look very much different from the ones in the movies or comics. The cinematization of the layers caused minor differences, which lead to huge net differences between the game and the comics/movies.
The details of how the game is going to be are pretty cryptic so far. What we do know is that it is supposedly a third person playing the game. Other unique features we can safely take for granted include single player but multi co-op, no loot boxes, free new superheroes, and new regions, no pay to win among others.
