Rage 2: Rise of the Ghosts To Be Released Later This Year!

Set up in post-apocalyptic near future and praised multiple times for impressive combat mechanisms and graphics though lacking in story and direction, Rage 2 is all ready for a new DLC expansion: Rise of the Ghosts.

Rage 2 was the best-selling retail game in the United Kingdom in its week of release, beating Days Gone.

Rise of the Ghosts has recently hit the news and is a hot topic in this year’s E3 already. With launching of new area, story, enemy faction and, obviously, more ways to kill things, it is one of the most talked about DLC release this year apart from Borderlands 2.

Though Rage 2 survived okay with its release and marked average amongst players with mediocre story line and visuals, a lot is expected from the DLC as the new trailer was screened at the Bethesda’s E3 event.

The new DLC will feature new game techniques including newer areas to explore in the wasteland, new weaponry and combat abilities and a different though more intense story line. Though there’s no fixed release date, it can soon be expected to drop later this year.

Rage 2 was released in May on PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One.
