On 21st May 2019 it was announced that the official premiere of The Dark Crystal: Age Of Resistance will be released on 30th August 2019. This series is based on the fantasy genre. This series is completed under the direction of Louis Leterrier.

The story of this series revolves around the three Gelflings – Rian, Brea, and Deet. These three characters together inspire a rebel against the Skeksis. This happened when they discovered a horrifying secret behind their power through which they use to threaten the people of the Thyra world.
