Description: Kate Kane is a total badass in the new teaser for Batwoman
Heart of the matter:
A new teaser for CW’s highly anticipated superhero show, Batwoman has arrived. In the teaser, Kate Kane while walking on the streets stumbles across a poor girl. She gives her some money and walks away. But when a cop tells her not to do so because “it only encourages them.”, Kate goes back to the girl, only to give her a gold watch.
And as the cop looks at her, she feigns a smile, gets on her bike. The video closes with a title card, embedded with a bat symbol and the CW Network logo. And the words on the card read, “Sundays This Fall.”

The story will be set within the Arrowverse, as Rose’s character previously appeared on the Elseworlds crossover event between The Flash, Arrow, and Supergirl.

Rose’s character is the cousin of Bruce Wayne (Batman) and likes her cousin; she is a no-nonsense, blunt and direct individual. Kane also takes charge of Wayne Enterprise in the wake of Bruce’s disappearance.
Batwoman is set to air this fall on The CW Network and stars Ruby Rose as Kate Kane, Meagan Tandy as Sophie Moore, Campus Johnson as Luke Fox, Rachel Skarsten as Alice, Dougray Scott as Jacob Kane with Elizabeth Anweis as Catherine Hamilton-Kane.
