What will Clay Jensen aka Dylan Minnette’s fate in 13 Reasons Why Season 3, Release Date, Rumors and More

A year on from the announcement that Netflix had green-lit it, we continue to remain in the dark about 13 Reasons Why’s Season 3’s release date but What will Clay Jensen aka Dylan Minnette’s fate in the final season.

But, with the holidays in full swing and excitement achieving fever pitch within the show’s mammoth fandom, here’s an in-depth look at what we know so far.
Much of the uncertainty can be put aside by only gleaming at the release windows of the show’s previous seasons, each of which made their way onto screens after 5 to 6 months of post-production, with the first and second seasons releasing in March 2017 and May 2018, respectively.

From this, one can discern, given Season 3 concluded production midway through February, that a release date of before Autumn is very likely.

Showrunner Brian Yorkey has also dished out several details about the upcoming season through the course of 2019. The details include an admission that Hannah (portrayed by Katherine Langford) might figure into the narrative arc as a recurring character, with Yorkey noting that there was more to be explored about Hannah’s life than just the downward spiral that led her to commit suicide and set the series’ events into motion.

Most of the characters from the previous seasons will return, with Yorkey promising a conclusion to Bryce (portrayed by Justin Prentice) dealing with the repercussions of his crimes, and delving further into the story of Tyler (portrayed by Devin Druid) and the reasoning behind his mass shooting attempt.
Of course, Clay Jensen (portrayed by Dylan Minnette) will continue to don the mantle of the protagonist, with Season 3 further encroaching upon the issue of his mental health, and possibly a greater bond between him and Tyler subsequent to their interactions at the zenith of Season 2. A relationship which will also bequeath the writers of the show with the opportunity to address the heated debate over gun violence.
Nonetheless, due to Yorkey and Netflix’s conscious efforts, the show’s script has been at bay from leaks and hence kept any potential spoilers in murky waters.
