With promising new trouble in the life of 25-year-old red panda, the Sanrio and Netflix’s joint project, Aggretsuko is now streaming on Netflix. The first season dealt with the world of office politics where Retsuko was stuck in the prejudice at the workplace while the second franchise of the animated series is bringing more in the form of her social life including her love life.

About Aggretsuko Season 1:

The series made the debut with its ten episodes of 15 minutes each on Netflix. The second season will also have the same case. What we got to see in the first leg is a red panda Retsuko, an accountant working under a power tripping boss and with annoying co-workers. In the off time, she used to deal with her stress and frustration by throwing is out on metal Karaoke. That season emerged as a hit, and the core reason was Retsuko’s coping with the cruel world of everyday life. Also, the way Retsuko is seems quite entertaining. Her funny expression and the build-up are wow. They feel real even if the character is a panda playing human roles.

Mascot company, Sanrio beautifully explained the adorable red panda of the animated hit. Aggretsuko is a cute Red Panda who works as an office associate in the accounting department of a highly respected trading company in Tokyo. She always dreamt of working in this field, especially in this part of the city.

Her dreams shatter when she finds out that her bosses are unsympathetic. Hence, she becomes a pushover in the company. She goes out after work and takes out her frustration and stress with heavy metal Karaoke sessions.”
