The fast and furious series has been a blockbuster, and every single movie of the series has been hit. With fast and furious eight it was not sure that a 9th movie would add up in the series. The latest updates have shown that Fast and Furious nine is confirmed and to be released in 2020.
CAST UPDATE
The cast for the movie will be a little different. The movie will not include Dwayne Johnson and Jason Stanthem as they didn’t meet the eye to eye with the producer of the series. The cast will include- Vin Diesel, Ludacris, John Cena, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, and Nathalie Emmanuel.
NEW UPDATES
This will be the 9th installment of the movie, and with the viewership of previous movies, things seem pretty good for this one too. A series is a money-printing machine. Fast and Furious nine hasn’t even started shooting yet, so we are far from a trailer. Diesel has been keeping fans updated about the production.
Vin has also indicated that Fast and Furious ten will be the last movie of the series. The 9th series will release in 2020, and the 10th movie will be released by 2021. Dwayne and Jason will be sitting out for the rest of the installments. Justin Lin will be directing the Fast and Furious 9 and 10, indicated by Vin Diesel.
DATES TO EXPECT
There is no news related to the plot of the movie, but we can expect a trailer by late 2019. When asked from the director it was told that the series could head into any direction, maybe even space. Indeed, movies have always explored new ways to keep things interesting.
Vin indicated that the spin-off movies are stories of other characters life. No matter what happens, the movie will be loved as the excitement for its nine installments is still there within fans.
