Cyberpunk 2077 is deemed to be the best game to look out for, but can it be better than the upcoming Death Stranding? Maybe not.
Death Stranding’s Trailer Released
After watching the eighth-minute trailer, I am quite intrigued. Hideo Kojima is known for his fascinating storylines, and he hasn’t failed us in doing so while developing the game. Death Stranding, which is going to be released at the end of this year, is a very ambitious project. The game is exclusive for PS4 and promises great entertainment for the video game players.
HOW IS THE GAME GOING TO BE PLAYED?
A brief video about the game gave a hint to the question of how it’s going to be played: Kojima said, it will be a “completely new type of action game.” In the game, the players have to connect the isolated cities. Not only this, but they even have access to contact with other players around the world.
THE STORYLINE
Here’s the story of this third person, sci-fi action game. Boom! An Explosion. It starts to rain. Hold on, and it is not a classic rain. Not an ordinary one-whatever it is touching, it ages. How to save oneself from it? Plastics! Yes, plastic seems to be the only object that stands unharmed.
Sam guides himself through this situation using a plastic suit. He survives and makes deliveries to the other survivors. Wait, that’s not all. Sam dies. Is it the end? No. Sam’s death is not the end for Death Stranding. Now the game is a first-person based, and Sam searches for his body, and the story changes. Kojima told that every death has an effect on the game’s story.
With an exciting plot like this, there’s no doubt Death Stranding has the capabilities to outshine Cyberpunk 2077.
