The current situation of Brexit in England is getting worse day by day.
What is Brexit?
Brexit is the abbreviation of the word the UK leaving EU or European Nation. That is Britain and Exit together forms the word Brexit. A referendum or vote was held in 2016 about whether Britain should leave or remain a part of the EU. Majority vote was for leave.
Has the UK Left it
UK was supposed to leave the EU in March 2019. But their proposal has been rejected three times. They are due to go on 31 October 2019.
Noel’s Comment
Noel made an offensive comment about the current situation of Brexit. He urged the Remainers to go to North Korea if they are unable to accept democracy. He seemed quite agitated for the Remainders who are trying to push for a second referendum.
He confessed that he did not vote for the 2016 referendum. The talented musician also admitted that he would have voted for the Remain if he had cast his vote.
He addressed the voters who voted for Leave as worse than a fool. He showed his utter disgust towards this whole incident to the Manchester Evening News.
His criticism even did not escape Jeremy Corbyn and Nigel Farage during this heated interview. He attacked the Remains by telling them to move to North Korea. He thinks it to be a “nonsensical idea” to leave Europe.
He also expressed his grief as he feels that the whole situation of Brexit has been mishandled. The division among the people of England is the most terrible part which Noel cannot accept.
He said in the interview,” I was always one of those people when I was growing up saying if you don’t vote, you don’t get to have an opinion. He also mentioned his hatred for the labor party.
