After the recent trending news of Zac Efron being replaced by Keanu Reeves in the upcoming Guardians Of The Galaxy sequel and all the confusion still surrounding, there is finally some clarity offered.
One of the strongest cosmic characters in the Marvel Universe, Adam Warlock was expected in all of the Marvel’s greatest superhero movies such as Infinity War where he could’ve played a significant role given his power and strength. At the end of Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2, when Ayesha teased about the arrival of Him, every Marvel fan thought that they knew he will be there soon but apparently not.
Him, Adam Warlock, was created with astonishing powers by a group of wicked scientists based as The Enclave. As soon as he popped out of a very strange cocoon, his astounding energy powers had everyone thrilled but ultimately, he had destroyed the Enclave. (All of this was mentioned in the comics produced by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.)
Though the cosmic part of Marvel Universe seemingly can’t function without the acute and positive role of Adam Warlock, the cinematic universe has done a job without this extremely important character. Most of the characters in Guardians Of The Galaxy such as Drax and Gamora revolved around this supreme character of Adam Warlock.
And now with high hopes and excitement, we see the John Wick actor Keanu Reeves being cast as this almost an almighty and powerful God-like Marvel superhero in all its glory, in the upcoming Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 3. directed by James Gunn. Expected to release in 2021, the movie is still in its pre-production phase and is a one superhero film which we can’t wait to see after Spiderman: Far From Home.
