Halle Berry was called. And she told the detectives that she has no idea who he was. And definitely, she didn’t give him permission to be at her home.

This guy was having false papers revealing he was the owner of the residence. He changed the lock and was living inside the house. Griffin was later arrested and hit with misconduct count of procuring and offering a false warranty deed and an additional charge of petty theft. His bond’s set at $36k.

The culprit was not aware of the real owner of the house. And it was a coincidence that the owner was Halle Berry.

This wasn’t the first time Halle’s had serious issues with intruders. Back in 2011, she came back home, walked in the kitchen and revealed cops, “As I opened my glass kitchen door and closed it behind me, all of a sudden I felt someone behind me and turned to see the suspect standing less than a foot behind me, staring through the glass kitchen door.” The guy is under arrest now.
