The duo was last spotted in Varanasi where they were scheduled to shoot for Brahmastra. Now, some snapshots from the well-buzzed couple’s New York holiday are hovering around social media.
Who Else is There in New York With the Couple?
Not only Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were there, but this time the family of later one is also there to complete the family photo. Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, and little Samara were there. The quality time the family spent in their holiday was posted by Neetu Kapoor on her Instagram post with a heart touching caption. It reads as “Your family is your whole world. So so many LOVES in these beautiful moments”. Alia’s mother Soni Razdan commented on the pictures as “All looking so well and happy.”

The Bachchan family also joined the Kapoor family in New York. Not all but Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan and their adorable daughter Aaradhya visited the Kapoors. Notably, the destination of getting together was New York because Rishi Kapoor is there from last year’s September. He is undergoing treatment for cancer in the city and will be back to India in August, and that is free of cancer and healthy too. As he only proclaimed to Mumbai Mirror that “Yes, I am trying to return by August-end, depending on what the doctors say. I have recovered well, and I am feeling good. Must be 100 percent fit by the time I am back.”

Alia Bhatt is Now Well
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor got an escape from their hectic schedule only after the Highway actress is sick. It is to the level that she can’t go on with her acting schedule for Brahmastra. Recently, she revealed about her ill health to an entertainment website. “I had an extreme intestinal infection before I left for the Varanasi schedule and since the shooting was very hectic and the heat was unbearable, things didn’t improve. Making my condition worse were the shooting schedules”. She further goes with “We were shooting during the night-time, and my body clock went for a toss. Now I’ve been asked to take it easy and to take a break for a little while, let my condition settle to normal and then resume work.”
Alia Bhatt added, “Leaving Mumbai is the only way I can get some rest. Work doesn’t stop when one is in Mumbai.”
