Nintendo had a stunning sales response with last year’s Super Smash Bros. Ultimate release. And now they’ve planned to cross all expectations! The hype and tension are unimaginable in this gaming sphere where everyone keeps on guessing the addition of players.
There have been numerous leaks and surrounding rumors all starting from at least 6 months before. This shows the ongoing building excitement amongst the fans and their deductions.
And since November, Nintendo has made it hard for the fans to quiet down and wait. With the steady addition of character in the DLC roster, Nintendo took the chance at E3 2019 too. Banjo-Kazooie will be joining the Nintendo Switch entry later too in addition to long-awaited Hero from Dragon Quest XI.
Following Piranha Plant and Joker’s addition and while Nintendo may not add Master Chief to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, modders will and have. Though Mater Chief doesn’t carry its own unique moves and points, as it’s not formally added to the DLC characters, it’ll use the moves of Snake.
It is expected that Master Chief, which was hoped for by many fans, will be added to future installments, just like Banjo-Kazooie was added this time. And now when just two roster slots remain, the frequency of tittle-tattle has obviously increased.
The game is available for Nintendo Switch only and its exclusivity has made the developers quite ambitious. The crossover fighting game series has been technically and visually loved by many and hence the exclusive release on Nintendo survives.
The first Challenger Pack (Joker fighter) for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was released on April 17th while the Individual Challenger Pack (Piranha Plant fighter) was released on February 1st. The remaining release dates have not yet been announced.
