American Idol judge, David Foster and singer, Kathrine McPhee tied the knot in London in a small, intimate wedding.
Foster and McPhee got engaged in Anacapri, Italy in July 2018 and finally married each other after a year of their engagement. The couple were married in the Church of Saint Yegichi in South Kensington. The guestlist included designer Zac Posen, who designed Kathrine’s wedding dress, along with close friends and family that included Foster’s children from his previous marriages. The list included only 150 people.
Kathrine took to Instagram to break the news of her marriage to producer Foster and added a sweet message along with it. David Foster produced the track ‘Somewhere Over The Rainbow’ which was sung by Kathrine.

This is David Foster’s fifth marriage and the second for Kathrine McPhee. Kathrine was initially married to Nick Cokas, and Foster was married to the Hadid siblings mother, Yolanda Hadid.
The pair met when McPhee auditioned for American Idol and won fifth place. There were speculations that they had been dating in 2017, after they were spotted out in ‘Nobu’ which is a popular joint for celebrities. Since she is a singer-songwriter, she has collaborated with him on many occasions.
After speculations, the two were spotted during the Met Gala red carpet walking hand in hand and looking stunning together. The ‘American Idol’ judge proposed to her with an enormous Emerald cut diamond ring.

“He did it at the top of this mountain in Anacapri. Totally dark, only stars. Thankfully he didn’t push me off the cliff. He said it was one or the other. And in the end, he spared me,” the singer joked at the time.
Kathrine and David celebrated their wedding reception in Mayfair which only included 80 people. The two were spotted wearing new rings to match their newly married life. The new bride changed out of her gorgeous wedding dress into a much more simpler but similar design.
People have always had their doubts about their relationship because of the age difference. McPhee is 35 whereas David Foster is 69, but they have always defended their relationship from the trolls. We wish the couple all the luck on their wedding and a newly married life.
