Justin Bieber was criticized for his treatment of women by former choreographer Emma Portner this Monday. She called the way he “degrades women” an “abomination.”
This accusation came just one day after the singer publicly called out Taylor Swift for bullying his manager Scooter Braun. Taylor Swift had talked about the “incessant bullying” she received at Scotter’s hands for years and had Bieber jumped in and accused the 21-year-old Swift of “crossing a line” and trying to “get sympathy.”

Emma Portner’s Social Media Accusations
Emma Porter was a choreographer for Bieber’s 2016 Purpose World Tour. She spoke out by posting a long message about the singer on her story from her verified Instagram account.
Justin Bieber’s #PurposeWorldTour choreographer/dancer, who also happens to be Ellen Page’s wife, slams the singer for allegedly paying her ‘less than minimum wage’ while working for him:

Porter wrote that she regretted ever working under the name Justin Beiber. She gave Bieber’s universe her “naive body, creativity, time and effort” all two times.
She also talked about the dismal wages he paid her. She said that he made millions off of the content while she was given barely anything. “Zilch. Natta,” she wrote. She received below minimum wage for the hours that she invested in working for him.
“I couldn’t afford to eat,” she continued. “I was sweeping studio floors to be able to practice my own craft. The way you degrade women is an abomination.”
The Hillsong Church?
Portner, also a member of the LGBTQ+ community, called out the church that Bieber attended and stated that he gets involved with “overly problematic people.”
“You religiously go to a church that does not support the LGBTQ+ community,” she said on her story. “Your company hired an out lesbian in your music video, and to choreograph some content for your purpose world tour. How do you feel about that? A lesbian, HELPING YOU, for a disrespectful amount of money, as you attend a church that goes against my existence?”
She concluded her social media rant by saying that she had so much more to speak to the singer but would settle for hoping that he educated himself further. “You have IMMENSE power. Use it to STOP DEGRADING WOMEN,” she ended boldly.
