Farm Aid is moving its way to East Troy, Wisconsin’s Alpine Valley Music Theatre in September.
Who Are All Coming?
Farm Aid is all ready to be held on September 21st. People who will be showing up are Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews, Bonnie Raitt, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Margo Price, Jamey Johnson, Tanya Tucker, Brothers Osborne, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Yola, and Particle Kid. Their motto will be to show the people of the country what’s happening to the people who grow our food and take care of our water and soil.
Quality Food
Dave Matthews talked about how the quality of food is essential. He said, “ “Everybody in this country should have access to good food,” he said. “And the people produce the best food – our family farmers – should be able to produce it without being afraid of going hungry themselves because they can’t make ends meet. These are the values that bring Farm Aid to Wisconsin this year.” They want the farmers to have the freedom of growing and keeping a portion of the produce for themselves. They provide us all with healthy food, and they deserve more.
Tickets On Sale
First-ever Farm Aid was held on 22nd September in 1985, and it continues until today because of the support and love it gets from people. For the first time, it will be held in Wisconsin and the tickets will be on sale on 12th July at 10 a.m. and will cost around $54.50 to $249.50.
