Post Malone, an American singer, songwriter, rapper and record producer, was born in Syracuse, New York and raised in Grapevine, Texas. His real name is Austin Richard Post. Malone’s father was a disc jockey when he was young. At the age of 10, Malone auditioned for the band Crown The King but got rejected as his guitar strings broke. His works came into light from his blending music genres, including rap.
Although his career began in 2011, he gained recognition in 2015. The release of his debut single “White Iversion” which was among top 20 on the US Billboard Hot 100. He broke a 34 year Michael Jackson’s record for most weeks on Billboard’s top R&B and Hip Hop Albums.
Dive Bar Tour, NY
After performing in Nashville last year with Bud Light Dive Bar. Post Malone will be playing again in New York City. He is a big fan of Bud Light and so overwhelmed with last year’s performance. “The last Dive Bar show in Nashville was super fun. I’m excited to do the next one in the legendary New York City,” Malone said.
Even the director of experiential in Bud Light Shana Barry wanted him to come back this year.
