The singer was born and raised in Pennsylvania and then moved to Tennessee NYC, the US to practice country music. She has won 10 Grammy’s, 23 American Music Awards and many other awards. The Delicate singer has recently found herself in a dispute which she terms as ‘bullying’ and ‘sexism’.
When the Blank Space singer was 15, she signed a label with Big Machine Records, which has rights to her first six albums. Scooter Braun has purchased Big Machine records last month which includes rights of Swift’s albums.
Although Taylor Swift, 29 left Big Machine records and signed Republic Records. But Big Machine can still use her first six albums. To that, Swift is exceptionally concerned.
“I’d buy all of the new versions to prove.”
Braun and Taylor have not yet talked about this publicly or personally. According to Braun, he has contacted Swift through their mutual friends about this deal. Through Tumblr, Taylor raised her voice by explaining how Braun had not given her rights to buy her masters before she left Big Machine.
With all the arguments that were created Kelly Clarkson who herself was a victim of bullying tried to help and support Wildest Dream singer through her tweet by saying, “@taylorswift13 just a thought, U should go in & re-record all the songs that U don’t own the masters on exactly how U did them but put brand new art & some kind of incentive so fans will no longer buy the old versions,” she tweeted. “I’d buy all of the new versions just to prove a point.”
