An Activist and founder of the African American History Museum was found dead 3 miles away from her home in the trunk of a car.
The founder, namely Sadie Robert Joseph, of African American History Museum situated in Louisiana was found dead in the trunk of the car and the police have called it a heinous crime.
On Friday, The body of Sadie Robert Joseph was found in the trunk of a car nearly 3 miles away from her home.
Sadie is also a community activist and her along with the police, worked on Anti-Drug and Violence program.
The Baton Rouge Police Department made the following statement :
“Ms Sadie was a tireless advocate of peace,”
“Our detectives are working diligently to bring the person or persons responsible for this heinous act to justice.”
“From assisting with her bicycle give away at the African American Museum to working with the organisation she started called CADAV, (Community Against Drugs and Violence), Ms Sadie is a treasure to our community,” whose “loss will be felt in the community,” – The Department Added
She was a history lover, and she has always been a treasure to the community as she worked for the community throughout her life. Her death is the loss to our society.
She was found dead in a mysterious condition, and the police are working upon this case.
37 years-old, Ronn Jermaine Bell, a convicted sex offender was taken into custody on a charge of first-degree murder, according to police.
Bell was living in one of Roberts-Joseph’s houses which rented to him, and it is believed Bell was several months behind in rent payments. Authorities estimated Bell owed Roberts-Joseph $1,200.
