Tom Holland is doing a great job as Spider-Man. He portrays the character to near perfection. We have enjoyed how Holland has put the role in a new light which is also close to the comics. At this point, it’s hard to think of someone else taking up the mantle of playing Spider-Man.
As most of you must be knowing that by now, there were auditions for the new MCU Spider-Man. It was Tom Holland who aced the tests to web up the spider man role for himself. However, there where other actors who auditioned for the role. One of them is a Riverdale star now. Any guesses on the person I am talking about?
Let’s start from the beginning. The San Diego comic con has been a go-to stage for many things. One of the most exciting parts of this year’s comic con was all the revelations that we got to see. Admissions from movies to TV shows and personal life were all there in this year’s comic con. A Riverdale star made one such revaluation. On the last day of the comic con, we got to witness the members of Riverdale cast taking over the Hall H stage. The cast had a fun time and provided us with new details from next season. Actors present at the event included KJ Apa, Cole Sprouse, Lili Reinhart, Camila Mendes, and Madelaine Petsch.
Among all the cast present at the event, it was Kj Apa who grabbed all the attention after revealing his audition for Spider-Man. In an interview with MTV, the actor said that he auditioned for Spider-Man and didn’t get it. The actor added that he did not feel good about the audition or felt loved after the audition. Whatever may be the case Kj Apa sure would have been an exciting choice to play Spiderman. What are your thoughts on it?
