Sad news for all Riverdale fans and for all who believes in true love. Riverdale’s costar Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart have split after dating for nearly two years. Us Weekly got news from multiple sources.
On Saturday, July 21 The Riverdale couple were spotted keeping distance at the Entertainment WeeklyComic-Con party in San Diego. They both start dating when they were castmate, but they were rarely seen together. At the party, Sprouse told one of pal that he and Reinhart broke up. Despite of their split the ex-couple were appeared cordial, at the panel of the show in Hall H on Sunday the ex-couple sat next to each other. Even after the event, Reinhart joked about her ex and Apa. On Monday, Lili posted a picture of the trio from the competition and captioned it “Please don’t put me between these two ever again.”
Jughead and Betty, a reel and real-life couple were first linked in July 2017 when they were stopped making out at the Comic-Con. Later in April 2018, they confirmed their real-life relationship when they were spotted kissing in Paris. Earlier this year, Reinhart opens about the feelings he has for Lili and told the media the most romantic he has ever done. “I like the road trip date. I took my girlfriend on a date where we drove to this location deep into Canada, and I surprised her with a big hot-air balloon adventure, which was quite a bit of fun,” he told Glamour magazine in March. “I like traveling quite a bit. I like road-tripping. Those rich experiences always end up yielding the greatest memories — and the greatest romances.” Reinhart told the media.
In honor of the Valentine day Reinhart posted a cute post with his bea and alongside Lili also posted a selfie captioned it “You make me very happy, Happy Valentine’s Day, my love.”
