The US Senate Passed the Bill to Fund the 9/11 Victims!

The bill to fund the 9/11 victims has been reactivated again. The government has been accused of not using the bill in proper terms. The bill has been released again and will continue to be in function till December 2020. It will again be reactivated after five years. the Government was accused of misusing the fund for debates and other events.

About The Bill

The bill to fund the 9/11 victims has been passed to compensate theirs loses by a vote of 97-2, for 9/11 responders for life. The bill was approbated on Tuesday by the house on 12th July.

The fund that was leased for the victims had distributed $7million to the victims. The fund has been reactivated again. The comedian of the “daily show” had mocked the lawyers for not taking any action in favor of the victims of 9/11. Stewart excoriated members of the House Judiciary Committee for using the bill as a political football in appropriations debates and failing to fund it indefinitely.

It has been learned that the government has not been dealing with 9/11 affairs seriously. The victims continue to suffer, and some are not even out of the trauma yet. Failing health and deformities continue to persist still.

The bill has been released again and will continue to be in function till December 2020. It will again be reactivated after five years. Stewart says, “We can never repay all that the 9/11 community has done for our country, but we can stop penalizing them,” Stewart told reporters on Tuesday. “And today is that day that they can exhale.”

it is learned that the bill now heads to the white house and the president Donald Trump is expected to etch is signature on it.
