We Know Now The Reason Behind Beyonce’s Slaying Figure in 2018 Coechalla, Thanks To 22 Days Nutrition

Beyonce Knowles slayed with her admirable fitness and charming body figure in the 2018 Coachella, for which she got more appreciation and love from her fans, you name it. Recently the Crazy For Love singer posted a nearly two and half minute video giving an idea of how she attained the fitness for killer Coechalla performance in 2018.

The video posted on her YouTube channel on 24 July depicts a documented journey how the singer-songwriter elevated to a healthier lifestyle. With a motivation of losing the 175 pounds she had, Beyonce, starts the video with a voice-over, “Good morning. It’s 5 a.m., and this is day one of rehearsals for Coachella.” The 23 times Grammy Award winner applied the 22 Days Nutrition Program to strengthen and attain fitness and healthier body for Coachella 2018. The 22 Days Nutrition Program was, in fact, developed by her trainer, Marco Borges that adapted the plant-based diet plan. Marco also appears in the video discussing the importance of body optimization with proper consumption of intake during the diet.

She said in a voice-over in the video that she would be back at onstage after giving birth to the twins and growing weight of 175 pounds made her feel that this wasn’t her body at all. Beyonce in the video not only showed how to lose weight solely but to do in the right way that enhances body health and smooth movement. She claimed that losing weight directly is much easier than maintaining shape and health. She continued the program for 44 days and met the goals.

Marco Borges, addressing why one should adopt a plant-based diet, said, “eliminating all the overly processed foods that don’t do us any good anyway. When you’re eating plant-based, you will definitely have more energy. You will definitely sleep better. You’re definitely going to have improved complexions. Your mood is gonna change completely.”
