Johnson recently appeared on NBC’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Tuesday where she mentioned the story. “I wanted to go to the good restaurants when I was in high school,” the actress said. She also added the trick works every single time. Johnson went on to say that she used to get away with it “because nobody else is named George Clooney.”
She also said that, as a teenage girl, she used to show up at the restaurant and say that George is going to join her later!
Around September 2015, they crossed paths. At the time, Johnson was in attendance for her movie “Black Mass,” and Clooney was promoting “Our Brand Is Crisis,” which he produced.
The 29-year-old actress said that they were on the same flight to Toronto and they bumped into each other. George Clooney apparently told her that he knew her, she is Dakota! And she used his name to go to the fancy restaurants when she was a teen. He, however, said, “It’s Okay! You go and call and use my name.”
The American Actress and model was last seen in the movie, The Peanut Butter Falcon.
