Bones Officially Confirmed My Hero Academia Season 5 Release Date, Plot Leaked For Upcoming Season

Behold shonen anime, My Hero, Academia fans; season five is surely happening as the anime’s Twitter account officially confirmed that there is still more to witness in the world of superhero and the life of Izuku Midoriya.

The confirmation was followed by the post-credit teaser in the final episode of season four, His Start, that aired on April 4, 2020. The finale was somewhat emotional roller-coaster as pro-hero Endeavor had to put all of his strength to defeat nomu. The season ends after Endeavor narrowly defeats the genetically enhanced monster, and after credits, a teaser featured our main protagonist, Izuku Midoriya. Deku, aka Izuku Midoriya, is having unknown nightmares back in his dorm room.

In his nightmarish dream, he encounters a group of people who seemed to know that he is the ninth. The ninth in the manga is referred to as the ninth person to use One For All—Deku’s quirk (a unique superpower. Before the screen reads—to be continued in season five—Deku’s hand is mysteriously glowing.

However, the released date hasn’t been announced yet. Season 5 is expected to arrive later this year, considering somewhere around October/November. Every season has been following the story arc from My Hero Academia’s manga counterpart. So, if the creators plan to keep up with the same strategy, then we can possibly guess what will happen in the fifth season.

My Hero Academia’s Season 5 will probably catch up with the joint training arc and Meta Liberation Army arc. Midoriya will now train to improve his abilities along with his class 1-A mates by joining with class 1-B. The upcoming season will also somehow cover the backstory of Tomura Shigaraki.

Bones has released two animated films apart from the anime series called My Hero Academia: Two Heroes and My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising Various rumors have claimed that the studio is tying up with Legendary Entertainment to develop a live-action feature film.
