Doctor Who is a classic sci-fi program with a cult following. Since 1963, Doctor Who has been amazing fans all over the world. It seems like the TARDIS isn’t flying off for good any time soon.
Chris Chibnall, the showrunner of the series, confirmed that the 13th Doctor would return in for the 13th season of the show. The Whovians can now let out a sigh of great relief.
Doctor Who Season 13 Release date
Well, when it comes to releasing dates about any TV shows, it is pretty easy to predict, but Doctor Who is unlike any other show, the show can we as unpredictable as the Doctor herself. Earlier seasons of the show typically released from March to April, but since Peter Capaldi’s era began, all bets were off. Season 12 released on January 1st, 2020. So it is unlikely to see the 13th season any time sooner than early 2021. But in the meantime, a festive special title, “Revolution of the Daleks,” will release by the end of 2020.
Doctor Who Season 13: Who is coming back?
Since Christopher Eccleston, every modern era Doctor Who has stuck around for three seasons straight. Now it seems like Jodie Whittaker is also doing the same, as she announced that she would be returning as Doctor Who in the 13th season. Along with her, Bradley Walsh, as Graham, Tosin Cole as Ryan, and Mandeep Gil as Yaz will also be returning.
What is the plot line in Doctor Who Season 13?
Well, it’s way too early to say for certain what will happen in season 13. But as far as predictions go, story arcs like The Timeless Child, The Lone Cyberman can be shown.
