The scientific fiction Japanese manga series, The Irregular at Magic High School, is all set to make its entry with another season after a long gap of five years. Before making it as an anime series, it was a novel published on an internet web novel website.
The series received positive reviews from the critics as well as review platforms. Moreover, it’s one of the best selling novels in Japan.
Some sources say that the second season of the series will premiere on April 5, 2020. But it’s false news as the show makers have not yet made an official release date yet.
The first season consisted of 26 episodes and was produced by Madhouse Studios. It’s yet to be revealed that how many episodes will be there in this installment.
Who’s In The Cast?
The casts from the previous season will reprise their respective roles.
- Yuichi Nakamura as Tatsuya Shiba
- Saori Hayami as Miyuki Shiba
- Yoko Hikasa as Angelina Kudo Shields
- Some new entries may be there and will be informed as an announcement will be made.
What’s Going To Happen?
The story revolves around Tatsuya Shiba and Miyuki Shiba, who are siblings. Tatsuya is like a protector to his one and only sister, Miyuki. Moreover, he’s an applicant of the Yotsuba Clan. The Yotsuba clan is governed by a group of Japanese magicians.
Both of them get enrolled in the school and get divided based on their magical skills. This means Miyuki becomes a first-course student with more great skills, whereas her brother Tatsuya Shiba is set as a second-course student as he lacks magical skills.
The way he performs magic is out of order, and it has a bad effect on the standardized ranking of the school.
Well, Tsutomu Sato mentioned that the second season would be giving importance to the Visitor Arc of the three volumes of the novel.
It will deeply cover details of the abilities that each character holds, and we will get to know more about Tatsuya Shiba.
