Baran bo Odar and Jantje Friese co-created the German web television series ‘Dark.’ This series gained more and wider popularity with its second season. It is the very first German Netflix Original series, which started streaming in 2017.
The show initially begins with a child’s disappearance. This leads to exposure of mysterious secrets and strange connections among four separated families. The series includes investigations into a crooked, a time travel conspiracy which spans around three generations. The series builds over the existential implications of time and how it hysterically affects human nature.
Dark Season 3 Release Date
Before airing Season 2 in May 2019, Odar announced that the third season is confirmed. He also pointed out that season 3 would be the last one in the series.

With this announcement, he also included that the show is scheduled to be released in 2020. The first season of the series came out in December of 2017, and the second season came out in June of 2019. There has been a year and a half time break between the two seasons, and this makes it difficult to predict an exact time of Season 2 release date. But we can expect it to be released in the year 2020. With guesswork, we can predict the next season will probably be released on 26th June 2020.
Plot
The show Dark swirls around a time travel conspiracy and include mysterious and brilliantly developed script. The character Martha was killed in the previous season by Adam. Though she is dead, an alternative for her meets Jonas and have a conversation with him. It’s suspicious to find where and at what time she is from.
With these instances, the point of accusation is turned at Adam (who seems to be Jonas). We can see where Jonas has disappeared and how the mysteries of other dimensions fall in place.
