All About Hit And Run Cases Of Steve Harvey's Daughter "Lori Harvey": From Her Arrest To The Charges Against Her!!

Lori Harvey got involved in a car accident in October 2019. She was under the impression that there may not be much action taken against her. However, earlier this year, in January, Lori was charged with two misdemeanors. Out of the two, one charge is for delaying and resisting a peace officer at the scene. The other one is for hit-and-run, which also caused damage to property.

The charges against Lori had been confirmed by the office of the Los Angeles County District Attorney. Lori was arrested in October right after the accident. According to reports, she tried to run away after hitting a parked vehicle. Her car was found right next to the car that she had hit. She was arrested at the time for trying to flee from the scene and not just the accident. The incident was then taken to court.

    What After That?

Lori had decided to plead not guilty after the accident was reported against, and there were charges against her. The hearing for the court was set to take place on 28th February 2020. Though no injury was reported at the time of the accident, the case has still taken a legal turn. It was no court to decide what would happen to Lori. She remains clear on the stand that she is not guilty. However, Lori is expected to serve prison for a year, though confirmation is awaited.
