Re: Zero Season 2: Release Date, Plot, Cast and Dubbing.Everything You Need To Know!

There are a lot of varieties in manga series; the story never fails to excite us for its animated series adaptation. The Japanese Entertainment industry is best at it and is most famously known for its light novel and their adapted version in animated series. One such most amazing series is Re: Zero.

Re: Zero is an animated series of Japan that is based on a light novel of the same name called Re: Zero. The novel was written by Tappei Nagatsuki and was illustrated by Shinichiro Otsuka. It is an adventure and a dark fantasy drama directed by Masaharu Watanabe. It was written by Masahiro Yokohama. The series has only one season, and fans are waiting for season 2.

The release date of Re: Zero seasons 2

The first season of Re: Zero came in April 2016 with 25 episodes. Its English version aired on Animax Asia. The initial release date of the second season was in April 2020, but later on, it shifted to July 2020 due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. The exact date is yet not confirmed by the makers as it can shift for further if things won’t be getting back to the normal.

The cast of Re: Zero Season 2

We are getting the same cast back as it will be the continuation of season one. The casts are- Subaru Natsuki dubbed by Yousuke Kobayashi (Japanese) and Sean Chiplock (English), Emilia voiced by Rie Takahashi (Japanese) and Kayli Mills (English), Pick by Yumi Uchiyama (Japanese) and Erica Mendes (English), Rem by Inori Minase (Japanese) and Brianna Knickerbocker (English), Ram by Rie Murakawa (Japanese) and Ryan Bartley (English), Beatrice by Satomi Arai (Japanese) and Kira Buckland (English).

The plot of Re: Zero Season 2

The story is about a boy whose name is Subaru Natsuki, who finds that he is transported into a different world while he was going back home from a convenience store. He met a girl called Emilia with whom he fell in love. The story becomes interesting when the boy dies and again become alive.

The story of season one ends with the Natsuki defeating Witch and Archbishop of Sloth. The story of season two will continue from the same point where season one ended. It will be based on the Arc 4 of the light novel.

Fans are really very happy with the renewal of the series, but they are also upset as there might be some chances of shifting in the release date.
