If an anime was ever able to surprise its fans the most then that will be “Megalo Box”.
One More Season, That’s awesome
The kind of nostalgia it was able to give to its fans within its 13 episode run was something which fans love it and at the same time, they were also able to give us some 90s action.
The whole setting of the series was perfect and it looked as if the series is going to end and the whole thing but recently a post on the new season of the series has arrived and it’s looking good.
TMS Entertainment has confirmed that a second season for “Megalo Box” is coming soon which is surprising and super exciting at the same time.
The second season of the series is in development right now as the creators of the series have recently posted on Twitter that they are working on the second season and it’s going to be released either in 2020 or 2021.
The details on the upcoming season
There is a trailer which is released by the production which gives us a vague idea on the second as it’s going to take place after the first season and also the trailer gave us a quick recap on Joe’s rivals and also about others but other than there is still no information is there.
The anime is basically produced by TMS entertainment and its depicted from “Ashita No Joe” which was eventually celebrating it’s 50 years. The 1st season of the series was directed by Yo Moriyama. The exceptional music was created by Mabanua. The original “Ashita No Joe” was written by Ikki Kajiwara.
The whole series can be available on Toonami and Crunchyroll if you are interested in watching the 1st season and also if interested in meca boxing. The whole thing goes pretty well with hip hop beats and of course, the wild boxing.
If you haven’t seen it, then you should definitely give it a try.
