Recently one of the action movies has got great reviews by the fans and that is Extraction.
Extraction is an American movie full of action and of course of suspense and thrill. The movie was directed by Sam Hargrave (an American stuntman director). The film was written by Joe Russo and the screenplay is also done by him. The movie is based upon a novel called Cliudad, a graphic novel. The movie is produced by the famous Russo brothers, that is Joe Russo and Anthony Russo. This movie was a Netflix release and did so well that makers decided to make Extraction 2. So when are we getting it?
What is the release days of Extraction 2?
Extraction was a Netflix release and was best in the lockdown as theatres are closed all over the world. The movie released on 24 April 2020. On the 4 May 2020, it was announced that we are getting the second part of this movie. The release date of Extraction 2 is yet to be confirmed. It will take some time because the script is not ready yet and once the script will be ready then we will be getting the release date for sure. But if we calculate about possibilities then it will get a release after 2022 or at the end of 2022.
What are the casts of Extraction 2?
The cast is yet to be confirmed because the script is not ready yet. We know it is sure that we will be getting Chris Hemsworth for sure. If the story will follow the same route as the first part then we can get the same cast as the first part. They are- Chris Hemsworth as Tyler Rake, Rudraksh Jaiswal as Ovi Mahajan or Junior Ovi, Randeep Hoodi as Saju, Golshifteh Farahami as Nik Khan, Pankaj Tripathi as Ovi Mahajan or Senior Ovi, David Harbour as Gaspar, Priyanshu Painyuli as Amir Asif (the one who kidnapped Ovi).
What could be the plot of Extraction 2?
If we look up at the story of Extraction then it based upon saving Ovi from the kidnappers. Tyler was a mercenary who got a mission of saving Ovi who was kidnapped by Amir Asif. During this hole mission Tyler and Ovi got close. If we talk about the plot of Extraction 2 then Russo said “we are not committed yet to whether that story goes forward or backward in time” He then further up added that  “we left a bit loose ending and then that leaves a question mark for the audience.” There could be two possibilities of the plot: (1) Tyler will become the guardian of Ovi and the story will continue from the same point where it was ended. and (2) Tyler will get a new mission in a new place with different characters.
The films have got high thumps up from fans but have got mixed reviews from critics. Overall this film was worth of sequel. So let’s wait till we get a release date.
