Strike the Blood is an animated series of Japan which is based upon a light novel with the same name. The novel was written by Gakuto Mikumo and was illustrated by Manyako. Strike the Blood is an action as well as a harem, where the protagonist is surrounded by three or more lovers. The series is directed by Hideyo Yamamoto and written by Hiroyuki Yoshino. The first-ever episode of Strike the Blood aired on 25 November and ran till 23 December 2015 with two episodes. This season was then followed by a second season that aired on 23 November 2016 and till 24 May 2017. The previous season came on 19 December 2018 and ran till 25 September 2019 with 10 episodes. The fourth season has started on 8 April 2020 and will run till 30 June 2021. This fourth season will have 12 episodes that will air on Blu-ray.

The plot of Strike the Blood Season 4
The story is set on an Island called Itogami Island (a man-made island). This island has developed into the houses of monsters and demons. Kojo, a teen boy has transformed into a vampire but earlier he was just a high school student. He is the lead of the story who is suspected to be the fourth progenitor. The story of the fourth season would be based on volume 18 to 20 of the light novel called Strike the Blood.
This series was much awaited between fans and now it has aired with the most number of episodes in comparison to the earlier seasons.
