The “E.T.” singer, 40, and philanthropist, 55, are getting ready to blast off into space on April 14 with “CBS Mornings” co-host Gayle King, former NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen and film producer Kerianne Flynn. Not only does their Blue Origin’s NS-31 space flight mark the first all-women crew since Russian astronaut Valentina Tereshkova’s solo trip in 1963 — but it will also be the first time anyone has ever journeyed to space in full glam.

“Who would not get glam before the flight?!” Sánchez quipped during the crew’s chat with Elle. Perry chimed in, sharing, “Space is going to finally be glam.” “Let me tell you something. That is one pricey cup o’ Joe! Lauren Sánchez, who is getting ready to marry billionaire Jeff Bezos, stepped out carrying a $5,750 Balenciaga handbag shaped like a to-go coffee cup. The purse, cleverly called the 9 AM Clutch, is a replica of the fashion house’s white porcelain coffee cup ($125) designed to resemble those made of paper and plastic.

The leather clutch is made of calfskin and measures 7.3 inches by 4.3 inches. The Balenciaga Paris logo is debossed on the front of the clutch, which opens and closes via a hinge closure system with a snap button. Sánchez — who was photographed leaving a meeting in Studio City, Calif., Wednesday — smiled as she flashed her unique accessory.

She’d likely have even more trouble making shoes to match the much-discussed dancing poop that pops out of a giant toilet during her Sin City shows; “If I do a poo shoe, it’s not going to smell like s—t,” Perry promises.
