After the success of Old Town Road, Lil Nas X has signed with CAA and has dropped his another single on Thursday titled “Panini” and credited Kurt Cobain for the same.
Lil Nas X is an American rapper, songwriter, and singer. His actual name is Montero Lamar Hill from Atlanta, Georgia. He is famous for his country rap “Old Town Road,” and it got viral as part of the “Yeehaw Challenge” on the video-sharing app TikTok.
Recently Lil Nas X is in the news because he has signed with CAA as the agency announced.
Lil Nas X’s another single song Panini
Now, Lil Nas X has dropped his another song namely “Panini” after the release of his debut EP 7.
In this song, Panini refers to the cartoon character of Panini from Cartoon Chowder. And Panini is not about the sandwich.
Panini is Lil Nas’ second single song after Old Town Road.
In one of the interviews, Lil Nas said the following
“One of the craziest things about ‘Panini,’ is it introduced me to Nirvana’s album ‘Nevermind,'” he said. “It’s like I always saw the cover but I never actually listened to it. And people were like, ‘Wow, he sampled ‘Nirvana.” I was like, no. It’s like, I didn’t realize I was using almost the same melody.”
Since the song is similar to Nirvana’s In Bloom, Nas gave credits to Kurt Cobain for Panini.
Everyone knows that Panini will also break all the records of now as everyone is giving love to it as they gave to Old Town Road.
